Our team conducted a detailed condition survey to identify areas with spalling, cracking, and reinforcement corrosion.
Damaged concrete was removed to expose affected rebar, and all surfaces were prepared according to international repair
standards.

Corroded reinforcement was cleaned, treated with corrosion inhibitors, and supplemented with additional steel where
necessary. High-performance repair mortars were used to rebuild the damaged sections, ensuring full structural restoration
and compatibility with the original substrate.

To protect the structure from future environmental deterioration, we applied a specialized anti-carbonation coating system.

This protective layer significantly reduces the ingress of CO₂, moisture, and pollutants, which are primary factors in
concrete degradation and steel corrosion. The system was selected for its high breathability, UV resistance, and long-term
durability.
This project highlights Badr Contracting’s capabilities in concrete rehabilitation and surface protection technologies, ensuring the long-term durability of structures exposed to harsh environmental conditions. Our team follows best practices and international standards in all concrete repair and protective coating works.
